We are an Amsterdam-based startup on a mission to let as many people as possible enjoy our fresh, unprocessed and organic kombucha in a sustainable way. We use only fresh and organic tea, fruits and herbs. Food safety is our priority and sustainability our ambition. We made a bold decision to use the iconic swing-top bottle, for a few reasons. The most important one is that this bottle deserves to be re-used and therefore we like to prevent that it turns into waste. Together with you as our customer we make a sustainable choice.

Our story
We’re two best friends from Amsterdam who just love food and drinks! Kombucha started to replace our own soda consumption since 2021. During that time many of us globally had to deal with the impact of the COVID-19 virus. However, for us this also brought opportunities.
During the lock-down we were forced to stay at home and this actually sparked our creativity.
We started brewing our own Kombucha at home and after a lot of trying, failing and fine-tuning we received so much positive feedback that we took the bold step to setup our own little brewery. Since April 2022, we proudly share with you what we believe to be one of the freshest Kombucha out there.
